Terms

The terms are written for a private decision institution, not a mass-market dashboard.

These terms govern public access, confidential fit review, Decision Memo engagements, and controlled follow-on access to HNWI Chronicles.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

01 / Acceptance

By accessing HNWI Chronicles, submitting a fit review, or engaging us for a Decision Memo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 / Service scope

HNWI Chronicles provides public intelligence materials, confidential fit review, paid Decision Memo audits, and controlled follow-on access where separately agreed.

03 / No regulated advice

HNWI Chronicles does not provide legal, tax, investment, immigration, banking, fiduciary, or compliance advice. The Decision Memo is an intelligence and decision-pressure-test record. You remain responsible for qualified professional advice.

04 / Confidentiality

Private materials, memos, drafts, correspondence, and engagement context are confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing. Public Castle briefs remain public intelligence objects.

05 / Access qualification

We may accept, decline, revoke, or limit access based on fit, verification, risk, capacity, conflict, or operational judgment.

06 / Payment and engagement terms

Paid work begins only after scope, fee, delivery assumptions, and channel are agreed. Public site pages do not constitute an engagement offer for every case.

07 / Privacy and security posture

We use privacy rights paths, controlled access, data minimization, and SOC 2-style operational discipline where appropriate. Formal compliance certification is not asserted without auditor evidence.

08 / Termination

Either party may end access or engagement according to the agreed scope. Confidentiality, payment obligations, and restrictions on reuse survive termination where applicable.

For fit review or terms questions, use the controlled path.

Do not send sensitive case documents through public forms. First establish fit, channel, and scope.
